My first English assignment of the year! Whoopee!

I guess it’s a good thing...Getting me to write my journal Entrees again, being that I haven't written one in, oh, say about 6 months. So, basically I'm going to be ranting on about my personal life and my views in an ever changing society....yada yada yada and all that jazz.

Let’s begin...

Some things in the media and in my school have been ticking me off little bit by little bit. It seems that in our society it is becoming more unacceptable for girls to wear "tom-boy"-like clothing. I know for a fact that girls are less attractive when they wear longer shorts, instead of the short shorts that show all leg and then some, and tee-shirts instead of very tight tube tops that are worn by some girls that should be wearing them, but do just to fit in.

I'm so sick of seeing young girls skipping elementry school to go shopping with their mother who just don't care. I'm tired of listening to 7 year olds saying that they need to go on a diet...Come on people!! What kind of world are we creating?!?
